- Volunteering: Volunteers are an integral part of the operations and longevity of the Arts Council. We welcome your time, your energy, your ideas and hope you will contribute your skills to the enhancement of our programs and services for approximately three hours per week, either on an ongoing or ad hoc basis. An orientation for new and prospective volunteers is held on the last Monday of every month at the Muir Gallery 440 Anderton at 6:30 pm. Please complete and return the volunteer application and we will contact you to discuss how we can work together for mutual benefit. Read more about volunteering opportunities.
- Community Purpose: Since 1965, the Comox Valley Community Arts Council has acted as an advocate for emerging arts and culture in the Comox Valley. We serve the community – inviting artists of all kinds to participate in our events and providing support to those who are pursuing higher artistic excellence.
